

Dr. Lee See Yang graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) from the University of Sydney in 2007. Upon graduation, Dr. Lee joined Companion Animal Surgery in Singapore as a Veterinary Surgeon. His particular areas of interests are small animal internal medicine, veterinary Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, orthopaedic surgery and emergency medicine. More recently, he attained qualification of Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine. Dr Lee is the first Singaporean veterinarian to obtain this qualification. Prior to attaining his veterinary degree, Dr. Lee also completed a Bachelor of Business..
Dr Anushya Raja graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland. She also has a Bachelors of Life Sciences from NUS. Dr Anu has worked with the local veterinary authority. She made the switch to private practice and is now happy to be treating your pets at Stars Veterinary Clinic. She is an avid learner and thinks it is important to keep up with the latest research in the various areas of medicine and surgery, so as to provide the best care for her patients. With a keen interest in soft tissue surgery, she is looking at doing further studies in this area.
Dr Jordan Foo is a Sydney University graduate and has performed multiple clinical placements in Australia and Singapore, before joining Stars Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary surgeon. He has since developed special interests in diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, surgery and TCM. Dr Foo aims for a holistic and optimal approach to animal health care and welfare, and enjoys providing assistance and education regarding adequate pet care. Dr Foo is an avid lover of nature, spending his free time in nature reserves, cycling and trekking. In addition to travelling, he also enjoys theatre, music and languages.
Dr Jasmin Tan holds a Master of Veterinary Science from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Throughout her studies, she completed various clinical placements across Switzerland, Australia and South Africa. Following graduation, Dr Tan worked on her dissertation in parasitology while practising part-time as a small animal veterinarian in Switzerland. She later moved to Singapore, where she joined the team at Stars Veterinary Clinic. Her professional interests lie in small animal emergency care and exotic pet medicine. Outside of the clinic, Dr Tan enjoys travelling and hiking – often combining both whenever she gets the chance. Passionate about her work and committed to providing the best care for your beloved pets, she is looking forward to meeting you and your cherished pets.
Leo is a Veterinary Technician whom had graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Animal Husbandry as well as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Central Luzon State University in the year 2014. He was involved in different facets of Veterinary Medicine for about 3 years working as a student clinician, assistant, veterinary consultant as well as management. Leo enjoys working with animals of all kinds and is always ready for new challenges. During his free time, Leo would spend it with his friends in Singapore and also stay connected online with his loving family in Philippines.
Lyra is a veterinary technician who recently joined the Stars Veterinary Family. She graduated with the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Central Luzon State University in 2020 and passed the licensure exam in the Philippines in 2021, both during the pandemic. She worked in her home country for three years before deciding to move to Singapore in 2024. On her days off, she enjoys walking, exploring the country’s beautiful scenery, and staying connected with her family back home.
Jogi Yeo graduated with a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic. Growing up affectionately with dogs, fishes, turtles and hamsters; she developed her passion to help and care for animals since young. She is also very fond of big dogs. Jogi will be pursuing further studies in animal science in 2022. During her free time, she enjoys baking and attending judo training.
Robin always have a passion for providing compassionate care to all pets, especially senior ones who need extra attention. He is also certified in pet grooming, which allows him to offer a more holistic approach to pet care. When he is not working, he enjoy spending time with his loved ones.
Vanessa graduated from Republic Polytechnic with a Diploma in Design for User Experience in 2018. She further obtained a Diploma in Biomedical Science in MDIS in 2019. Vanessa is also a volunteer at the Animal Lovers League since 2016. Her passion for working with animals led her to pursue a career in the veterinary industry. In her free time, Vanessa enjoy practicing embroidery and of course, spending time with her 2 cats, Simba and Juju.
Joanna graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, specializing in Clinical Trials. With a lifelong interest in science and love for animals, she is now pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice through a Work-Study Programme. In her free time, Joanna enjoys travelling and embracing the different adventures life brings.
Lyn has had a rich and fulfilling journey in both her career and personal life! Her love for animals, particularly cats and dogs, is clearly a big part of her life. It’s amazing how her work in the F&B industry for 19 years led her to joining Stars in 2022, and how she’s found fulfillment in fostering cats and caring for animals. Her holiday experience in Bali, where she experienced a heartwarming connection with a stray dog, has deepened her appreciation for dogs.
Hermie an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in hospitality and a deep passion for animal care. With nearly 15 years of leadership experience and a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, he brings a service-oriented, process-driven approach to managing daily clinic operations.
He specializes in team coordination, client service, inventory control, and ensuring smooth, compassionate care delivery. Known for his organizational skills, Hermie is committed to supporting both staff and pet owners.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with animals.
Chee Kiong joined Stars in 2016 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic. He is especially fond of big dogs and fishes. He enjoys outdoor sports and during his free time, he likes to cycle, trek or run in the trails.
